UPDATE
On May 9, 2021 a Silver Alert was activated for 10-year-old Brandon Pervis Jr.
The Hamden Police Department is happy to report that on May 13th, he was located at a Washington D.C. hotel, with his father. Both appeared to be in “good health and good spirits.” DC Metro Police subsequently took Pervis Jr. into protective custody.
Detective Patrick McCue of the Hamden Police Department Special Victims Unit conducted an exhaustive, extensive investigation, which led to the successful return of Pervis Jr.
The investigation is continuing.
