On April 2, 2021 at approximately 11:00p.m. Hamden Police responded to the Dixwell Social Lounge (parking lot), 940 Dixwell Avenue on the report of a shooting.
A female advised Central Communications that she was transporting the male shooting victim to Yale-New Haven Hospital. The victim was shot in the neck and groin. The large crowd that had gathered at the crime scene, could not provide any information.
