On August 20, 2020 at approximately 8:00p.m. Hamden Police responded to Warner Street on the report of “shots fired”, involving a gunshot victim.
Upon arrival officers observed “over 100 people” that were attending a party.
Several people were carrying the victim to a motor vehicle. Hamden Fire Rescue arrived and rendered medical assistance. American Medical Response transported the unidentified victim to Yale-New Haven Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.
