The Hamden Police Department will once again partner with the Connecticut Department of Transportation in the Connecticut Law Enforcement “WAVE 57 Enforcement Period.” The theme of this sessions seat belt enforcement program is “Arrive to Thanksgiving, Safe and Sound.” Enforcement will be conducted between November 25th and December 2nd.
The Hamden Police Department will conduct enforcement at various locations, including Mix Avenue, State Street, Washington Avenue and Whitney Avenue.
The goal of the Hamden Police Department is to educate the motoring public of the importance of wearing a seat belt. It could save your life.
