On July 23, 2018 at approximately 6:30p.m. Hamden Police responded to a Cherry Ann Street residence on the report of a stabbing.

Investigation revealed that a 17 year-old Hamden resident was engaged in a physical altercation with another female, in a nearby parking lot. The teen was subsequently stabbed in the chest and arm. She was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officers were unable to locate the female responsible for the stabbing.
